“Our A/C went out on a Monday evening. I contacted Bear Mechanical Tuesday morning and Adam and his crew were at my house before noon that day. Adam was honest and professional. Our A/C was very old, so replacing it was the best bet. Adam proposed an excellent price for a new American Standard unit and he and his crew had it installed by Wednesday afternoon. I even found out later that one of his employees had to travel almost to Charlottesville to pick up a piece that wasn't in stock in Richmond to ensure they got the job done quickly.
